Spatial Risk Systems (formerly known as, a leader in the emerging field of spatial finance is excited to announce the following additions to its growing team.

Raymond Clarke – Chief Product Officer:  Raymond brings a wealth of experience in developing and launching credit and risk related solutions based upon his previous roles at DBRS Morningstar and Moody’s Investors Service.

“I am excited to be joining the SRS team as Spatial Risk represents new ways to evaluate risk for companies, industries and sectors”.

Cary Krosinsky – Senior Advisor:  Cary is a widely respected educator, author, and advisor, teaching classes on ’Sustainable Investing’ at Brown as well as other universities including Yale and NYU.   

Cary is a noted author on sustainable investing.  The latest being his seventh book ‘Modern China’, calling for better relations between China and the West for the sake of solving climate change.

Cary advises in numerous capacities, and most recently advised on the combination of the first ESG-focused SPAC with a developer of the high-grade electric vehicle (EV) battery metals which merged at a US$2.8B valuation.

Professor Dr. Judith Walls – Senior Advisor: Judith Walls is Chair for Sustainability Management, Professor at the School of management and Co-Director of the Institute for Economy and the Environment (IWÖ) at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Prof. Walls researches the intersection of business and environmental sustainability focusing on governance such as behavioral characteristics of boards and managers in the context of stakeholder and other institutional pressure on organizations.

Her work extends into environmental governance of industries that directly affect land use such as the agriculture, mining, and trophy hunting.
